Research description

Blockchain is a technology whose principles and characteristics offer, among others, a very wide range of possibilities when it comes to optimizing processes within the industrial organization. Likewise, the Token economy, as a direct application of this technology, allows the incentive of cultural change within organizations, with the impact that this has at the productive level.
